By accessing and using MMAS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description

MMAS provides anonymous VPN (Virtual Private Network) and RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) services designed to protect user privacy and enable secure remote access.

Privacy-focused operating system options

2. Acceptable Use

Our services are intended for legitimate privacy and security purposes. Users must not:

Engage in any illegal activities under applicable law
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Perform DDoS attacks or network abuse
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Engage in activities harmful to minors

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero) to ensure maximum privacy for our users.

Payments are non-refundable after service activation
Service begins upon confirmed payment
Prices are listed in USD and converted at current exchange rates
Account balance is non-transferable

4. No Logging Policy

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not store connection timestamps, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses, or browsing activity. Your privacy is our priority.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. Users may close their accounts at any time.
